An expanded edition of Corey Wallace's exciting exciting music for Supercell, possibly one of the best scores from last year. The score is a throwback to the large symphonic tradition of the '80s and '90s, which themselves were products of large epic scores of decades prior. The score features a vast symphonic soundscape performed by the Budapest Scoring Orchestra in Hungary, capturing the thrilling, frightening and emotional musical journey of the onscreen characters. A musical highlight, featured in the trailer below, is "William's Escape," one of the most exciting and adventurous cues to be heard in years. The album was produced by Wallace and mastered by Dietrich Schoenemann.
